The appointment reminder

Your customer receives a message two days in advance, in which they are reminded of their appointment. The message mentions the type of appointment, which employee, the time and the place. This is a great service from you to your customers.

There are also other notifications to the customer:

  • The appointment confirmation once the customer has made his appointment. This message includes the time, the date, the address and the type of treatment.
  • If required, the customer can cancel his appointment online. You decide how many days prior to the appointment that is still possible.
