While the “standard” widget focused primarily on functionality, the Modern Widget combines that with a sleek design, a simpler flow, high speed, and complete flexibility. This makes it a better fit for the look and feel of your modern website, while giving customers a smooth, intuitive experience.

The Modern Widget was developed based on our own expertise combined with extensive user feedback. Setting up the Modern Widget is simple and only takes a few minutes.

1. Log in to your OnlineAfspraken.nl account.
2. Go to Settings > Embed Widgets > Modern Widget.
3. Optionally, select a widget profile on the right (e.g., a general widget or a separate profile for a specific appointment type or product via Specific Settings).
4. Adjust the colors under the Appearance tab.
5. Check the preview at the bottom to see how the widget will look.
6. Copy the embed code via Generate Code and paste it on your website, or generate a direct link to share on social media.

Since mid-September, the first version of OnlineAfspraken.nl’s Modern Widget has been available. This version currently only supports appointment booking and the system’s basic functionalities. In the next version, scheduled for November 2025, features such as online payments, subscriptions and credits, customer accounts, and much more will be added.
